I seldom write reviews- but this company is exceptional. Iain at RH Smith is outstanding! He's correctly identified a number of problems and defects and organised effective repairs efficiently. His knowledge and expertise is second to none and he is incredibly helpful. I highly recommend Iain and his team.

Thank you so much - R H Smith has provided a fantastic service. Thank you to Lee who did a brilliant job damp proofing several rooms. He was great at keeping in touch, provided additional help with refitting the gas meter box and bleeding radiators and providing a new thermostat valve for a radiator. Lee was really good at communicating, sending photos of his work and left everything very clean and tidy. Thank you also to Anita and Julia for such prompt and helpful communication from the office. I'm very grateful.

I've had a few damp specialists advise us over the years and I would honestly only recommend R.H Smith. We live in a Grade 2 listed Georgian house with a few damp issues in Shoreham. Iain is very knowledgeable and gives sound advice. Just as importantly, they do what they say they will, turn up on time and communication is excellent. You have to wait for an appt (they are extremely busy) but its well worth it.

Failed to provide a quote, despite visiting my property, and me chasing up on the phone, following their visit

We had a very good honest and efficient service from RH Smith of Worthing, they suggested the cheapest approach and to monitor the situation rather than charge for damp work which might not need to be done. Then the work was done very well and all mess tidied away, you wouldn't have known they were ever here. Very pleased and would recommend them to anyone with damp problems.
