  Jack has fitted boilers and hot waters tanks for me over the last few years and serviced my boiler many times. He is brilliant and reliable. His team are also just lovely. I’m happy to recommend him and his team. You will be looked after.

  Jack and his team Ash and Hadon are very professional and have done a fantastic job of fitting a new boiler for us. Ash and Hadon fitted it on the Wednesday and Jack came to do the chemical flush on the Thursday. They're very tidy and clear up when they are finished. Very easy to get on with and friendly. Listen to what you have to say which sometimes doesn't happen with companies. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend for the service received and the costings.

  10am discovered a burst pipe under floor, with 10cm water. Had AirBnB guests arriving next day!! Was recomended Jack Kidwell by a neighbour. Jack arrived at midday, identified the problem; found a temporary solution and left by 3pm. My guests unaware of my panic just 24 hours earlier.

  What a great engineer, absolutely fantastic. Fitted a new boiler for us, came in great on price. I can't recommend highly enough A++++++++
