  Travelled 250 miles,to view and buy a ducati monster,as I arrived i got a great welcome and service from billy and his team,the bikes were all in great condition...highly recommended and many thanks!

  Been using Billy’s for a long time and from start to finish every visit is top notch! They’ve never let me down from booking in to having the work carried out they always provide the best service. Keep it up guys!

  Extremely disappointed with the service and customer care at Billy's Motorcycles. After a routine service, my bike developed immediate issues. When I reached out to resolve the matter, I was met with arrogance and a dismissive attitude. They refused to acknowledge the problem or offer any professional assistance. It’s not just the technical failure, but the disrespectful and unprofessional way they treat paying customers. I cannot recommend this business.

  No option for no stars But not good! Had my bike in a few times with them. They said they changed the oil as part of a free service after messing up a previous job on the carburetor which cost me £450 - the bike had done less than 600 miles since the 'free service' done in April and the oil was like treacle.....sorry not good! I for one have lost faith and will avoid at all cost In response: The carbs were loose. The jubilee clips had not been fastened and an air intake was left open. The bike was running like a bag of nails. My friends fixed it by the roadside for me and they reckoned it was sloppy and careless job done. And just for the record these guys know everything there is to know about Fazers. With regards to the oil....a very experienced mechanic drained the oil and passed on his option and he reckoned it should not look like that. He also had to rebalance the carbs again. I was assured by your garage you could do the job but I feel quite rightly so a bit taken for a ride especially after I gave you guys a second chance. Yes the bike has now done just under 80k but it has a full service history - I know, as I have owned it from new. I myself am not mechanically minded but I know a fair few people that are.
