  Brought my brand new ZX4RR in for tyres. Got the job done, but didn't expect the lack of care and self awareness. No heads-up that my bike was being used to train an apprentice, had to stop them binning my old tyres despite asking to keep them, and the bike was handed back with overspray on it. The worst part was hearing one of the guys pin it out of the estate on brand new unscrubbed tyres for a 10+ minute "test ride". No safety check starts with a rip onto a main road with cold rubber that had just been replaced. When I spoke to the guys about it, they just brushed me off and made out like I was making a big deal out of nothing. Receptionist was pleasant, but the workshop team showed a lack of respect for other people's property which was really disappointing.

  Mijn dimlicht werkte niet meer, dus ben ik meteen naar Billy’s Motercycles gereden. Super vriendelijk en ik werd meteen geholpen. Super mooie zaak met veel motoren. Nu kan ik weer met een gerust hart op pad!! Dank!!

  Took my motorbike in for a service and left feeling like I'd made some new friends who just happen to be brilliant with engines. The team were friendly, helpful, and clearly know their stuff... no confusing jargon, no up-selling, just honest advice, fair pricing and great work. I'll definitely be back!
