  We’ve been extremely pleased with the fantastic job Laura Higham has done liaising with Most Housing on our behalf to arrange repairs to the fence that borders our property and theirs. She has a warm, professional manner and did an excellent job keeping us informed and dealing with any follow up or issues promptly. It’s clear that she genuinely cares and she is a real asset to Hobdens.

  Last year we were assigned a new Property Manager, Courtney, who had recently joined the team. Courtney had previously worked in a Property Lettings’ capacity, but she has evidently been quick to learn and become proficient in her new role. I find her to be very helpful and knowledgeable and we will value her ongoing support in managing our property.

  We wish to show our appreciation of Jade Steadman, Property Manager at Hobdens. Since Jade became property manager things have really improved, especially regarding communication with residents. We would like to especially commend the way she coordinated and managed the problems we encountered with water ingress in our flat, taking over from her predecessors. Jade responded immediately to our many emails which made us feel listened to and supported. She interacted efficiently with the Estate Directors, the Structural Engineer and Contractors in an effort to bring the works to a conclusion to our satisfaction and reduce delays as far as possible. Not an easy job!

  had a leak bad leak on ground next to my property on a Friday afternoon, I reported it to Mike Mitchell who got someone round in 90 mins, they tried to sort it, but needed another contractor who Mike again arranged late Friday to come on the Saturday and sort the issue. Brilliant customer care and looked after us all the way, even if it was late on a Friday. Thanks so much!!

  Kerry especially has been a great property manager. She is helpful, conscientious and empathetic to the needs of the people in the properties she manages. I lived in a property managed by Hobdens for many years until recently and it was managed professionally and well.
