had a leak bad leak on ground next to my property on a Friday afternoon, I reported it to Mike Mitchell who got someone round in 90 mins, they tried to sort it, but needed another contractor who Mike again arranged late Friday to come on the Saturday and sort the issue. Brilliant customer care and looked after us all the way, even if it was late on a Friday. Thanks so much!!

Kerry especially has been a great property manager. She is helpful, conscientious and empathetic to the needs of the people in the properties she manages. I lived in a property managed by Hobdens for many years until recently and it was managed professionally and well.

Had a letter from Hobdens informing us if no one was at my dads flat when they were doing checks that we would be charged.my sister took the day off and was told they would be there for 10.00am she stayed till 4 with no one turning up and not one call to say whether they would be coming or to apologise that they hadn't been. They wasted her time and day.

I am very grateful for the way Jade (Hobdens) managed my recent issue with no water in my flat and contacting Southern Water on my behalf. Southern Water tried to fob me off that it was a personal issue when it was clearly a water meter issue that had become stuck. She was very supportive during this frustrating and stressful situation persisting with Southern Water who in the end had to send out a technician to fix water meter. Thanks Jade.
