  I honestly cannot recommend Paul highly enough. I contacted several companies looking for help as a complete beginner and most immediately started talking about call-out fees and charges. Then Paul called me and instead of focusing on money, he genuinely just wanted to help. He patiently spent his own time going through photos and videos with me over the phone, explaining everything step by step, answering all my probably very basic questions, and helping me fix every issue I had. Not once did he rush me, make me feel stupid, or try to push unnecessary work or costs. After all the time and expertise he gave me, I even offered to pay him and he completely refused, saying he was just happy we managed to solve the problem. That level of honesty, patience and kindness is incredibly rare nowadays. Absolutely brilliant human being and outstanding service.

  My Sewing machine had seized solid and snapped the needle on Sunday morning. I Found the advert for Sewing Machine Services Sussex on the web, read the reviews, was very impressed so contacted Paul on Monday morning and he asked if he could repair it for me and, if so, when I could deliver the machine to him, he said yes and when was good for me. I told him in about an hour if convenient, it was so I took it straight to Horsham. Imagine my surprise when I received a phone call on the following afternoon to say that the machine had been repaired and serviced and was ready for collection. As I was available to collect it within the hour and that was acceptable I went directly to Horsham to pick it up. What wonderful, professional, quality service. I am very impressed.

  I called late on Friday and by Monday lunchtime Paul had repaired out sewing machine while social distancing. Very professional, good communication and reasonably priced. Thank you

  Professional, friendly and great value! I used Paul's services recently when my singer machine had seized up, I was a bit worried about the machine due to the age but Paul did a fantastic job in reassuring me about the repair and parts that needed replacing. The value and speed of the repair and service was great! All my questions and queries I had about the machine were answered with great knowledge, speed and friendliness and the workmanship on the machine was 10/10 Thank you SMS
