Excellent staff, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Came in looking for a longer hose for a new shower pump, as the one it came with wouldn't reach one of the pipes. Initially I went to City Plumbing who were utterly useless, couldn't help and had no suggestions. Horsham Plumbing suggested my only option may be to extend the pipe, showed me exactly what I needed and how to connect it to my current piping. Highly recommend!

visited today for some basic bits for a DIY job – spent 96p! They could not have been more helpful, unlike other trade suppliers who seem to regard us amateurs as a bit of a pain.

Friendly service. Ordered in an obscure Wirquin part for me, exactly the right bit and a fair price. Thanks!

I have known Sue and John for many years. They run an excellent family business where you get good personal service which is lacking all the larger organisations. Horsham Plumbing and Heating - Nice firm, run by nice people, great service, good competitive prices. Michael at Fastlet.com
