I had a pretty much perfect experience buying my very first piano from this shop. The staff gave me all the time and space I needed to play (badly) their excellent selection of pianos; they were helpful and informative when I needed them to be;, and there was no 'hard sell' at all. I couldn't be happier with the piano I ended up choosing and the service provided.
