  Eventually got my laptop returned with a diagnosis but the experience was quite stressful as I had to chase up every day with no response at all. I repeatedly asked for it to be returned so I could take it elsewhere and then got lame excuses like children being on half term. I was made to feel very uncomfortable for even enquiring and did not appreciate his arrogance attitude like I was a major inconvenience.

  Got my MacBook Pro lid replaced here 3 years ago due to damaged LCD screen, at the time was happy with the service. Recently opened my laptop and the display was completely ruined (hadn't dropped or anything just been sat on my desk since the last use); when I took it for repair (new place) they informed me the lid it had been replaced with was not genuine and this was the reason for the sudden deterioration due to cheap parts. Just something to flag.

  Fantastic service.. honest and upfront with a fast turnaround. I will definitely be using Bruised Apple again in the near future.
