  Darren is great. He was flying out on holiday but fixed my PC before he left. Excellent Service (Microsoft causing issues). I cannot give Darren a high enough enough review.

  Darren is brilliant. It’s a hard job when we are not sure the problem. He is very patient, and went to work exploring and resolving the problems. All these things can take a little trial and error of course depending on the severity. Darren was very professional and looked after our needs at every part of that short journey. I will be recommending Darren to everyone I know in the future. Thank you Darren

  Normally I don’t leave bad reviews but since Darren never responded to my messages I think I simply must this time. Around a month ago I went to him in order to replace charging port on my laptop and it’s been finally done only last Friday. There were some complications, like the new one didn’t exactly fit although it was stated by Darren that he ordered compatible port. Still, originally I got that one problem - charging cable was loose and it’s fixed now, but instead of single issue I have three new ones: several USB-ports are damaged and worthless, new charging port is overheating and the motherboard is bent and I am quite sure it’s not reliable. My messages about all these never received a reply. So here’s the last thing I can do about situation. Update: that response from the business has been edited to make it look like they actually tried to contact me and resolve the issue. Unfortunately it never occurred in reality. What actually occurred is that I was offered a generous refund of less than a hundred pounds (if I recall correctly the amount I paid initially) for messing up my laptop worth twelve hundred quid. Well thanks a lot for the offer but it’s even ridiculous to consider

  Have used these guys twice now. Very polite, efficient and open. Quick turn around and reasonable costs. Very much recommend.

  Great service. The repair needed an extra part but he still only charged the quoted price.
