  It's just a big field where you can let a mental dog off the lead for an hour. Nothing special. Rates are reasonable at £7.00 per hour.

  My friend took my labadoodle to this place to have a trim and a tidy up of her coat she came back looking like a pointer she had been shave from tail to head and her mouth area aswell she has tufts and unevenbits of hair and you can see the razor marks on her coat . I am very annony as she tried to put the blame on my friend . I will not be returning there . I spoke to donna and no apology. I have before pictures and the after pictures of my dog . I can post these if possible . I am very dissatisfied and very upset as my dog is only a year old. I have tried on many occasions to get a full refund and an apology from her. My dog has even had its whiskas shaved off . I would not recommend using this dog groomer . No effort to tried and rectified her mistakes.The way donna spoke to me on the phone the other day she was very rude and shouting at me . Her customer skills is zero because I gave her a bad review she is still refusing to refund me or apologize . Well maybe people shouldnt comment about things they dont know if they want prove I have tct messages and photos of both dogs

  I have been to a few groomers around the crawley/horsham area and she has been the best. I have stuck with Donna since i found her and never been disappointed. She listens to what i want and my dog is always happy to go there and happy when he leaves. No cuts on him which we have had from a previous groomer.

  I have been taking my now aged spaniel Ben to Donna at Crawley Dog Salon for some 4 years now and cant thank her enough for how she deals with him always patient and gentle nothing is ever too much trouble!
