  The team at Reliance Caravan and Motorhome Services are some of the best we've ever had the pleasure of dealing with in the motorhome servicing industry. From the moment we contacted them, Chris was efficient, professional and helpful with all communications. As Australians (who own and operate a French-owned and stored motorhome), finding a business with the right skills to complete work can be difficult. We had spent a long time trying to get help in France and Germany, before finally finding these guys. They understood our brief, and from afar, planned our arrival and subsequent work to be completed over a weekend. On site, the team took the time to better understand our requirements and to ensure that the work we wanted done could be done. As we were effectively 'homeless' without our motorhome, they also assisted us with logistics while our vehicle was at their depot. The work undertaken was done so at the highest of professional standards, at a reasonable price as well. We continue to tell others we know in the industry about the term at Reliance, and will continue to use them (when we need to - even if it means making a special trip across the channel), and will continue to recommend them to those who need servicing or repairs. A special thanks to Chris, Darren, Sean, Becky and Sally for your considered, careful and professional approach to us as your customers.

  I purchased an Adria from Premier last June and they promptly went bust, so Adria pointed me to Reliance Caravan & Motorhome services near Chichester What an absolute breath of fresh air , just had some warranty work done , completed and all working correctly, fully explained what they were going to do - and did it - they actually listen to the customer… If you’re on the South Coast I’d fully recommend them. Customer expectations met, which is more than you can say for some dealers

  Nothing's too much trouble, they'll always find a way! Everyone's so polite & friendly. I won't be going anywhere else for my VW T5,that's for sure ♥️❣️♥️

  Fantastic, at last found a place to get work done to my motorhome that filled me with confidence. Had a couple of bad dealers in the past that have carried out bad workmanship on my motorhome (and these were main dealers and two have lied when I challenged them about bad workmanship) Thankyou Becky for making me a coffee ☕️
