Helpful, friendly people and good products. Nipped in for a cable, went back the next day for a monitor.

Absolutely brilliant fabulous customer service. Purchased a reconditioned phone. Unfortunately it stopped working after a week. We took it into Chichester branch Thursday evening. They credited that purchase towards another similar phone, we paid the difference of just £10. (They didn't have an exact replacement. They offered to get an exact replacement or repair, which would have taken a week, or we were offered a full refund. ) They sorted out data transfer and data wiping and set up replacement, all ready to go in 15 minutes. Super friendly, even at the end of the day. Really helpful, as we didn't have the receipt on us, and it was a recent purchase, they looked up the phone registration number, normally they would need the receipt. They showed us a selection of similar phones in stock to choose from. Really impressed and happy with the service. The replacement phone is working well for about 3 weeks now so far, so good. Thank you CEX brilliant customer service and brilliant value for money and phone recycling ♻️

Went with with my mum recently after she bought an iphone 15 from here and needed help setting it up. Jimmy helped us, and was amazingly patient and friendly with her, and went out of his way to back up and sort out things that I imagine were not his job to sort out. Would go back purely for the service, thank you Jimmy!
