  Took a watch in to be repaired.. Told would be ready in two weeks. After the two weeks heard nothing. So went in to find out the situation to be told another week. Which continued to be told this for nearly 2 months!!! Sent a family member in as was working one week. For the owner to tell her to 'get out his shop!' Bear in mind he still had my watch! To then finally having to threaten him with trading standards as he was becoming more aggressive every week! Finally had my watch back after 3 months in worst condition than I handed it in!! Then he has the cheek to keep the £20 he requested prior to doing my repairs!! Poor customer service and poor communication!! Never in my life been spoken to or treated the way I have with this establishment!!
