  Came into store today with a few issues we where seen by clare and Nathan couldn't be more happier delt with all out issues and sorted internet out and gave us all upcoming deals so our bill was reduced thank you so much been with 3 a while now and the service in the store is always 100%

  I recently lost my mobile. The assistant manager was really helpful. We got a great deal on a new phone and he also retrieved my contacts! They are always really helpful which is good as my tech skills are not very good! Thanks

  I had a very rare experience of indirect dismissal from a red dyed haired lady. I went into pick up a third party home broad band order and her eyes were already kind of fed up - was she having a bad day? Or am I paranoid? I don't know but that's how it felt as a customer. Until then it was fine but she said she cannot release the order because my UK driver's licence wouldn't match what I put in there. To me it's a bit annoying because I really needed to pick it up that night and she just said you either have to come back tomorrow with a passport or you can cancel it and sign up a contract with us. I've mentioned a couple times, should it not say in the text as well the Driver's Licence has to match the order/bank address. She dismissed me once and kinda started to look fed up. I made a call to my husband and said it again. And she just repeated it says in the contract/terms of conditions. Emotional Intelligence? Eventually I had to come back the day after which is fair it's not her fault but that subtle attitude? Not really called for. Other service advisors were super nice though.
