  Was my first time today ever having a sound bath Sharon was very welcoming i immediately felt at ease which isn’t like me at all I’m always on edge. I’ve had the most relaxed day since coming out my body’s felt so chilled. Will definitely be back thank you! X

  We attended the sound bath and hands on reiki session today. It was our first time and both my daughter and I loved the session. Both felt incredibly soothed, relaxed and refreshed from the session. We will definitely do this again. Thank you so much!

  Sharon is truly wonderful. Felt so welcome and the whole group were lovely. The ambience was so peaceful and calm and the sound bath music made me relax so much i fell asleep. I can not wait to attend again. Thank you Sharon xxx

  I’ve been to a number of classes at Temple of Sounds Cheshire, including sound bowls, crystal healing and floating sound bowls and I’ve loved every single one. Each session is so relaxing and leaves me feeling calmer and more grounded. Sharon is absolutely lovely. She takes the time to explain how everything works, making everyone feel comfortable and welcome, whether it’s your first session or you’ve been before. You can really tell she does it for the joy of sharing her knowledge and helping others experience the benefits. One of the things I love most is that she’s always coming up with new ideas and experiences, finding creative ways to share her skills and passion. Every visit feels a little different and it’s clear how much thought and care goes into everything she offers. I can’t recommend Temple of Sounds Cheshire highly enough.
