  Called in today to see if they could fix my daughters 2 week old necklace (bought elsewhere). I was advised to leave it with them with no promise that it could be fixed. Well Im absolutely chuffed to bits not only did they fix one side but ensured the other was tightened to. The reviews really do reflect the service you get here, they go above and beyond all with a smile on their faces.   My experience of PJs Jewellers is 1st class, recently I lost my dear mum. One of her rings had to be cut off, leaving it damaged and twisted. The girls at the shop couldn’t have been more kind or more helpful. Putting the ring in for repair and resizing. It came back perfect i can’t recommend them highly enough, ive had other jewellery repairs done with them and had been equally pleased.

  Valued my gold at way under expectations, took it to Ramsdens in the end and got a much better offer which I accepted.

  Recently used PJs jewellers to get my late grandmother's earrings changed into cufflinks for my brothers wedding gift. Eileen was amazing and did a wonderful job at transforming them. The staff were all so lovely and I ended up getting my wedding ring and engagement ring resized with them too. Can't thank Eileen enough for turning my idea into reality! My brother absolutely loved them.
