  Helen, Ann, Glen, John and the whole team — I would like to say a heartfelt thank you for all the support you have given me from the very first meeting I had with Ann. From the beginning, you made me feel like part of your family. During one of the most difficult and painful times of my life, your kindness, compassion and support meant more to me than I can put into words. You were there for me throughout the whole journey, and on Tom’s funeral day, your support and care were especially appreciated. You helped make an incredibly difficult day feel a little easier, and I will always be grateful for that. Thank you for treating me with such warmth, understanding and genuine care. I honestly don’t know how I would have managed without you all. From the bottom of my heart, thank you. I will never forget the kindness you showed me and Tom. ❤️🙏

  A huge thankyou to Helen Horne and her amazing team! My dad recently passed away, we chose Helen Horne funeral directors . The professionalism, compassion and care given was above and beyond what we expected. Helen made herself available at all times if we had any questions that wanted answers too. Helen has created the most beautiful Chapel of Rest which made visiting and sitting with Dad so much easier giving precious time with him. The little touches of hearts to place with Dad and to take home as well as Helen’s book “ A Hug in a Book” was a really lovely way to support my 2 nieces. Thank you to Nicola Hampton, the celebrant who delivered the most beautiful eulogy and service for my Dad. Just a huge thank you to everyone as Dad had the perfect , peaceful send off he well and truly deserved.

  My dad passed away and we used Helen Horne funeral directors i would like to say i’m very thank full for them as i’m only a 17 year old this is the first interaction with a funeral home and i would recommend to many other family’s, helen made sure i was okay during this difficult time as well as my family while making sure the funeral ran the best way possible. thank you so much (griffin family)

  We will never be able to thank Helen and her team enough , words cannot simply convey how very special they truly are. The professionalism, compassion and care given to us as a family was above and beyond any expectations. Helen’s empathy and attention to detail ensured Mum had the care leading up to her service at The Birches she deserved. Thank you for recommending Nicola Hampton as our Celebrant she delivered Mums perfectly written Eulogy as if she was a family member herself. Helen has created the most beautiful Chapel of Rest like no other which made visiting and sitting with Mum so much easier. It was like being at home. Helen’s book “ A Hug in a Book” was a really lovely way to support Mums 2 youngest Great Grandchildren. Thank you Mum had the perfect , peaceful send off she deserved thanks to Helen and her amazing team you really are very special x

  Helen and her wonderful team looked after my husband Graham with such care and compassion, she guided myself and my children through the most difficult period of our lives for which I will forever be grateful, from the moment she took my call she was on hand 24/7 to help and answer any questions that I had this lady goes above and beyond and I would not hesitate to recommend her.
