  Thank you to Helen Horne & all the team for arranging my mums celebration of life last week,they do such a professional service showing care & compassion at such a difficult time. Also Nicola Hampton created such a beautiful eulogy & read the service as if it was her own family this was commented on by many attending so lovely. 💕 The whole team go above & beyond with some lovely additional touches including a warm & comforting chapel to visit loved ones!   Our family would like to say a huge thank you to Helen and her amazing team. You combined professionalism and efficiency with empathy and compassion. We were always made to feel that we and our mum were important to you and knew straightaway that you would look after us from start to finish. Your kindness , care and attention to detail helped us through this difficult time.Nothing was too much trouble. We would also like to thank our lovely celebrant Nicola Hampton who carried out mum's service with great dignity and sensitivity. Many people commented about what a lovely service it was and how mum had the send off she deserved. We are truly grateful to all of you and cannot recommend Helen Horne funeral directors enough.If we could have given 10 stars we would have done. Many thanks again from Neil, Elaine, Keith, Malcolm and the rest of the family. xx

  I honestly cannot recommend Helen and her team highly enough. During what has undoubtedly been the hardest time of my life, they went above and beyond to make everything as easy as possible for our family. From the very beginning, they took care of absolutely everything, keeping us updated every single day and regularly calling to make sure everything was in order. I must have phoned several times a day with questions, yet nothing was ever too much trouble. I was never once made to feel like I was taking up their time. The respect, dignity and care they showed my gran was incredible. I will never forget how kind and compassionate Gina was towards my grandad when he visited my gran in the chapel of rest. Having just lost his wife, he was understandably struggling and barely speaking to anyone, but the gentleness and care Gina showed him meant more than words can express. On the day of my gran’s funeral, the very first thing Helen did was come over and give me a hug. That small gesture sums up exactly the kind of people they are. What stood out most was that it never once felt like a business transaction. Helen gave us genuine, honest advice, even when it wouldn’t benefit her business financially. Every decision and every conversation came from a place of kindness and a genuine desire to make an incredibly difficult time that little bit easier. You cannot teach the level of compassion that Helen, Gina and the whole team showed our family. They genuinely care about the people they look after, and that makes all the difference. I will forever be grateful for everything they did for my gran and our family. I couldn’t have wished for anyone better to look after her.

  Both me and my mum were treated with comparison, dignity and respect in what was one of the worst times . Helen and her team helped give mum a lovely send of . A wonderful family fun busines very accommodating to individual needs .
