  Even though Google maps and the NHS website say this pharmacy is wheelchair accessible there is a step to get in and they have no ramp, lovely staff and seemed like a decent pharmacy but it should not be labelled as wheelchair accessible

  Went for my. Repeat prescription yesterday. Put in 6 days ago. After waiting in a queue For 10. Minutes.. told to come back the next day..not ready.. called at. 4. 40. Today.. told. Not ready.. be about..10. Minutes.. I went out.not happy.. to a shop..for a look around. Went back..had to wait ,..again..some 5. Minutes or so.. finally.. got my prescription, Got home with my shopping...took out my tablets.. only to find. There were for another. Allan.. with a Different Sir name..so!,.. back i went..give them back..had to wait , AGAIN, But, this time they were..mine...I understand They have been busy, but...how many were in front of me..from..last week..and when asked to come back...I still ! Had to wait...they let me down...a 72. Yr old pensioner...I wasn't happy.. and I feel I had to say something..

  Had a build-up of very stubborn ear wax and went to this pharmacy to have it micro-suctioned. Phil was friendly, knowledgeable and professional, making the whole process easier. Thank you, Phil.
