  Wow, where do I start, went to this store yesterday to replace my broken phone (was over due upgrade anyway) spoke to nice sales girl who tried her best to help me but her hands were tied because of all the ridiculous rules & obstacles that three mobile have that were seriously hampering me from getting a new mobile phone! I have a unique set of circumstances as I am very disabled both physically since suffering a stroke recently & with my mental health due to ADHD/ADD/PTSD, also significantly brain damaged from the stroke so I get frustrated more easily than the average person which I cannot help as I have very little control over it! Anyhow, when I realised we were getting nowhere as nobody was that interested in finding solutions to my issues about how I was supposed to go about acquiring a new mobile phone I decided to leave the store exasperated with the whole thing, I didn't swear, shout or do anything dramatic at all as quite frankly I was too fed up to bother and far too hot with the weather & mum was waiting on bench outside for me so because I had shown some annoyance at the lack of service by 'QUIETLY' saying 'this is not worth it, I really don't know why I bothered to come down here at all' this banshee of a woman 'so called Manager' flies from the other end of the shop towards me having a go at me and she actually was 'shouting 'NOT ME' telling me to 'get out, get out, waving her arm dramatically so everybody could see how important she was, ordering me to never come there again!! To which my only reply was 'State of you' I said this twice and she was hysterical by this point making a complete show of me and herself mostly! My mum heard it all from on the bench outside & funnily enough she didn't hear me saying anything (I was too stunned by her ridiculous behaviour to even say anything much) I have never in my fifty years seen such a ridiculous display from a grown woman and certainly not from any kind of manager in any setting! She acted like anything but a manager to be honest! If you have any kind of disability please do yourself a massive favour & and don't go anywhere near this store!! Honestly it was beyond anything I've ever seen anywhere! I was never coming back to her store anyway after being made to feel so embarrassed & yelled at and accused of shouting and all sorts which I never in fact did at all! So not only is she a terrible manager she is a liar also! I was astounded & went swiftly next door to the lovely guys in the Vodafone store who were only too happy to supply me with a mobile phone of my choice immediately and sorted the whole package out in under an hour for me with no quibble & no ridiculous obstacles like three mobile have as they understood my unique circumstances and took the time to find out what they were unlike the three mobile staff who just didn't care at all really, they were disinterested in finding a way to help me and felt the need to deal with my disappointment by shouting at me and ordering me out of the shop! My mobile contract immediately terminated obviously and as soon as my broadband contract expires I'll be terminating that also! I hope somebody who knows how real customer service works reads this and deals with that manager because she shouldn't be managing anything to do with the public I assure you! Disgraceful behaviour! Now I walk with a walking stick & am no threat to anybody as I'm too disabled obviously but this woman was acting as though i'd threatened her or something!!! This 'manager' can't even manage her own behaviour never mind the general public! Sorry for the essay but I wanted the whole thing down on here for all to read and see so they are forewarned that if they show any disappointment or in any way get exasperated by the hoops you have to jump through to buy a product from three mobile then this is what kind of treatment you can expect from this woman in-store!   Avoid this shop at all costs! Del = worst customer service ever, absolutely no interest when their own staff at fault and acts rude and impolite to customers! Pure lack of respect! Should be looked into! Nonshin Scammer sets up accounts without your acknowledgement, then you're left with the hefty bill and no way to cancel it. They're happy to give you bills and sell you things, but anything wrong on their account they don't want to know!

  Jack was so helpful when my wife bought new phone an couldn't be more patient, When called in again Della was just as helpful
