  A very friendly and professional service from Connor and Bobbie replacing our lead water pipe, a 34 metre run involving digging a trench, percussion moling, and installing the new MDPE pipe. I have no hesitation in recommending them. Top guys, experienced, dependable and safe hands.

  Very professional job replacing my leaking water supply pipe which burst while Connor was on site. He encountered many unexpected problems while doing the work, always kept me fully informed and kept to the agreed estimate. Connor was the third contractor to work on this, I felt that I had finally found a safe pair of hands. Thankyou.

  Connor and the team installed a new water main for us after a leak was discovered. They kept us informed on every level. They were polite and professional and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend Connor and the team.

  PWS have been great. They were very professional when installing a new water line as part of the approved supplier list for Severn Trent water on the lead replacement scheme. They were great with our neighbours to ensure disconnections were done safely and securely so that it wouldn’t affect their service. We had a few complications with the council with permits that caused PWS to have to reschedule their visits at short notice. Even with these disruptions they always managed to fit us in and ensure we were never left without water. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their old water line.
