  PWS have been great. They were very professional when installing a new water line as part of the approved supplier list for Severn Trent water on the lead replacement scheme. They were great with our neighbours to ensure disconnections were done safely and securely so that it wouldn’t affect their service. We had a few complications with the council with permits that caused PWS to have to reschedule their visits at short notice. Even with these disruptions they always managed to fit us in and ensure we were never left without water. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their old water line.

  Excellent and honest service throughout from Connor and his team. Great price and great job replacing our water main. Clean and tidy throughout. Highly recommended.

  Ran a new water main. 20m Moling, 6 inspection holes and a complicated route with lots of obstacles, in and out done in a day as if they were never here. Connor was super quick and professional, highly recommended.

  We were worried having been told by Severn Trent that we had a leak in the main water pipe in our garden so it was a relief when Connor responded with a visit so quickly and traced the leak with listening equipment. He followed it up in a couple of days to make the repair and provide the necessary certificate. Great service with no fuss.
