  Outstanding customer service — highly recommended! I regularly order from Pizza Allegro and have always found their food to be tasty, fresh and piping hot, but the service I received tonight deserves a special mention. I ordered a meal through Just Eat and, after waiting for around an hour, I was starting to wonder where it was, especially as I live quite close by. I decided to call Pizza Allegro to find out what was happening. The manager explained that, according to their system, my meal had already been delivered. However, after asking a few questions, we discovered what had happened: Just Eat had apparently provided Pizza Allegro with my correct name and street, but the wrong house number. My meal had therefore been delivered to the wrong address — and unfortunately, the people who received it simply accepted a free meal rather than pointing out that it wasn't theirs. By this point it was around 10pm, and I honestly expected there might be little that could be done. But the manager went above and beyond. He immediately offered to remake my entire order and personally bring it straight to me. I genuinely cannot thank him enough. He could quite reasonably have said that the mistake was made by Just Eat, but instead he took responsibility for making sure I wasn't left without my dinner. He's effectively been left out of pocket because of someone else's mistake — and, frankly, because someone chose to accept food they knew wasn't theirs. The replacement meal arrived quickly, was piping hot and absolutely delicious, just as it always is. It's customer service like this that makes you want to keep coming back. A massive thank you to the manager and all the staff at Pizza Allegro. Mistakes can happen, but it's how a business deals with them that really matters, and tonight they showed exactly what great customer service looks like. I thoroughly recommend Pizza Allegro, their fantastic staff, and particularly the manager. Five stars without hesitation! 🍕⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Always go to boss-man every week/month! Great deals and makes THE BEST pizza & chips. Generous portion of chips everytime and they taste so damn good (crispy)
