  Great experience. The staff here were super friendly and helpful. They weren't pushy and guided me through each step of my new car smoothly. This was my first time using the garage and my second Motability car. They ensured I understood the car, what was included, and were open for questions if I had them both about the vehicle itself and about the Motability hand over process. They also ensured they stayed in contact after I had left so that should I have questions at a later time, they could be answered properly. I would recommend this garage to anyone looking for a car and will be happy to return to their services in the future.

  Being totally honest, the start of our PV5 purchase didn't run smooth. Sales people leaving, one guy in particular being completely disinterested telling us he was leaving so he couldn't tell us anything about the van. So why the 5 stars, well once Edwards realised things had gone south, they in the shape of a guy called Russ went above and beyond to not only turn the experience around but to make it such a special journey, that we got the best service we have EVER had while buying a new car. I include in this dealings in the past with BMW, Audi, Land Rover and a few others. The PV5 is amazing, we are having so much fun personalising the inside with covers, camping bed, clips ect ect. Edwards not only rebuild our confidence, we were left feeling valued and supported throughout the sale, we even got a video sent to us of the van arriving, silly I know but just above and beyond. I would recommend them to anyone who wanted to buy kia

  Over the last few months I have purchased a PV5 Cargo and now also purchased a PV5 passenger, both are fantastic vehicles, but what makes it a great experience is the dealership, family owned and run, it made all the difference to me, service and attention to detail is unbelievable, a big thank you to Russ and his team, AJ thank you for the smooth part ex on my Model Y and thank you Claire for sorting the agreements out, very much appreciated Adrian you have a great company and a very happy customer see you all soon Alan
