  Went above and beyond to assist me with an Internet issue earlier. I would 120% recommend this Company to anyone needing help. They are so professional, accommodating and reacted instantly to my request. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Also have a fabulous bouncy dog called Tilly who makes any visit to the Premises a memorable one. So here I am again today asking for help as I have a password access error with my laptop. Called round albeit being Saturday Morning when apparently they are not officially open but Adrian still kindly helped me out. He explained that he had Family staying but that he would try and take a look at some point during the day. Less than three hours later he turned up on my doorstep with the laptop all sorted!! What absolutely fabulous service. I could never recommend this Company highly enough. It is so good to know that there are some amazing people still out there!! Mark and Adrian are simply the best!!

  I was experiencing a highly frustrating delay and block to managing my emails at all - to delete or report e.g. - and these two guys have waved their magic wands to sort it all out for me. Many many thanks Mark and Adrian - blood pressure reduced immediately! XX
