I posted my job online, down to the size of my pipe fixings and was provided a quote which exceeded my maximum spend limit, but promised good work. I was misquoted via email on the basis of a phone call, but they arrived on the day and informed me it may cost 4 times the quote. When I explained and showed the email they wouldn't budge, intimidated me in my home when I asked them to leave and do no work and have now sent debt collectors after a disabled woman and won't stop adding to the price of only intimidating me and nothing else.

Plumber called came, to replace a toilet, was punctual and jovial and respectful of property. Came on the weekend and were very quick to respond to my query. Just above and beyond.
