  Plumber was prompt and friendly, however he did encounter some issues during the job. I personally felt he didn't show the resolve needed to overcome them - we quickly found it wasn't a simple job, and required some thought. For context, the job was plumbing in a dishwasher off an existing water pipe. He stated that there were issues with the isolation valve having "too much pressure" in it so he wouldn't work on it just turning it off. Other plumbers have told me this wouldn't be a problem, but... He suggested we turn off the water to the whole school, so after some searching, we found the stop cock that fed the water supply to the school. Sadly he didn't he didn't have the right equipment to turn it off so we were unable to. We walked around school looking for isolation valves but to no avail - this wasn't his fault per say, as our water system is complex. Charged £192 for a job that wasn't complete. Was called by a manager to "discuss" my review, who was confrontational and accusatory. I ended the call because it was unproductive.

  Home wreckers. Bad communication. Fancy from the outside but from the inside not so fancy. They have not been helpful.

  Did a brilliant job of running a water pipe from my downstairs loo to an outside wall where he fitted a garden tap. Professional, friendly and tidy.
