  I guess a lot changes in two years. Avoid like the plague. All the promise of being able to do a professional job. I advised clearly and concisely that everything in the house needed doing due to a builder having sanded without a cover on the appliance. Firstly I was advised the carpet cleaner had broken down. I guess it happens. However, on the day a team of 4 turn up and advise their van had broken and they were using a spare, therefore only had a loan van with bare minimum cleaning products. "We don't even have a feather duster". After entering the house, they say "We don't clean light fittings". They pop back to their van to have a conversation with the owner of the cleaning company. A second knock at the door and I'm told "oh no, we don't lift up ornaments, we only do empty houses"!!! It wouldn't be so bad but they had all this information beforehand. I tried calling the owner but of course the call went unanswered and no response to the voicemail. Really wouldn't recommend cowboys that let you down on the day. Lets hope they find their feather duster!
