  Second time we’ve used these guys at removal company, they did an amazing job quickly and professionally. Robbie is always a laugh makes the job more fun. Thanks again guys Highly recommend to anyone looking to move house with care and friendliness

  Well! Where to begin. I commissioned The Removal Company, Kidderminster, following my son’s recommendation and I also speak for my wife to say that we could not fault them in any way. From the moment that the crew arrived I knew that we were in very safe hands. The care and commitment they showed throughout the two and a half days they were with us was second to none. We asked for and were quoted for their full packing and moving service and which was extremely competitive and very reasonable. I note that there are a couple of negative reviews for this company which, to be perfectly honest, I cannot fathom or understand why they have been written because from our experience with Andy (the boss) his son Ben, Robbie, Connor and Billy, both Sarah and I cannot fault them in any way! They all went well over and above what we expected from them, even down to moving our incredibly heavy granite garden table and benches (affectionately known as ‘The Henge’). Nothing was too much trouble. In conclusion I would have absolutely no hesitation whatsoever in recommending The Removal Company, Kidderminster to anyone. Thank you so much guys for a truly wonderful service.

  Don’t go with this company unless you want to receive calls at 5 in the morning from an unknown number and when you pick up they’re just breathing down the phone trying to intimidate you. Completely unprofessional and dangerous so called ‘business’, damages property with no insurance and refuses to own up to their mistakes.

  Broke furniture and then crudely nailed the broken part back on in an effort to mitigate what they'd done, further damaging the wood. They are also not sensitive towards night shift workers trying to sleep, smashing open her door and knocking the dog gate out of her doorway (including the screws) with the furniture they were trying to move into a separate room. They also DO NOT HAVE INSURANCE. If they break your items and you ask about it, they will become aggressive and threatening and start calling you from multiple private numbers.

  During the removal a large antique was damaged. Without my consent the broken piece was nailed back so badly that the damage was made infinitely worse. When I enquired about their insurance they became abusive and threatening. I had several menacing phone calls from two different members of the same family that included threats to 'get what was theirs', even though I had never intended nor even hinted that I would not pay. They refused to finish the job. I was unable to have an adult conversation with them about the damage as they just started yelling and threatening and being abusive. I ended up just paying them because I was genuinely scared. Do not use this company. They are not experts. They are not professional.
