  Highly recommend this company. They came out to my mum’s home in Stourport to sort out a seagull nesting problem on her flat roof. They installed preventative wiring, explained everything thoroughly, and were a pleasure to deal with. They also provided a guarantee which has given her total peace of mind. She is absolutely delighted with the work. Thanks, guys!

  Lloyd and Andy were great from start to finish. They responded within half an hour of us posting on checkatrade (on a weekend evening) and had an inspection booked in for early the following week. Inspections were very thorough - even though we felt the issue was confined to our kitchen and living room he made sure to examine both lofts and outside. He gave us very clear feedback on what we should be doing to minimise opportunities for the mouse and laid down traps that were suitable for our house with a dog and toddler. Our mouse issue was solved within a couple of weeks

  Had a wasp problem in our roof, whatsapped a message on the weekend expecting someone to reply on the monday.... Messaged back the same day...had a guy in the area and said could pop round. Gave us a time slot when he he would attend. Guy who came was very professional, gave some great advice for future wasp prevention. Great company and a great job done!!!
