  If I could score 0 I would ! Attended this store in anticipation of selling a ps3 with controller Straight away, the staff member (male) who served me appeared disinterested, trying to find anything they could to pay me less than what it stated online (it's second hand it will have minor issues) I was informed come back within 1 hour, so I did.... On returning, I was informed by another staff member they won't accept the ps3/controller .. Reason - keeps 'crashing' I stated that can't be the case, I have used it prior to bringing into shop... I also took an iPad air and was told again, come back in 1 hour to only be told the ipad is faulty (I had only ever opened and used to set up 1x) I therefore took it to another store ( same company).. they were more than HAPPY with both and paid me the correct amount for the products condition THIS store needs investigating especially the staff as how can one cex reject for saying FAULTY but another accept = the PRODUCTS I were selling never were faulty the staff just didn't want to ACCEPT !!! Shocking

  Stood at the counter to speak to the staff, couldn’t even be bothered to look up from his computer- ended up walking out. In an economy moving so heavily to online shopping, you’d think basic customer service and manners would be a priority.

  Purchased a ps5 last Sunday, got home and the controller had stick drift. Went back over last friday to get it replaced, got back home and the replacement controller wouldn't work. Went back on Saturday to get it replaced again. The lady was apologetic as I live 20 miles away (120 miles travelled this week for multiple controllers) she advised me to contact the head office and the response from them wasn't good at all, pretty much telling me I need to ring stores to check stock, this wasn't a stock issue, it was an issue being given faulty stock. Just shy of £400 spent on a console and however much spent on fuel that I shouldn't have to be spending when I should be given working products.
