  First time I’ve used Craycombe, but it won’t be the last - good quality, reliable and honest (I’d over measured, they came and measured accurately and adjusted my invoice down!) - exceptional value for money too. 100% recommend.

  Obtained 3 quotes for LVT in the area and Craycombe Carpets and Flooring came out top for price, quality, delivery and fitment. They provide their own fitters, unlike others, with clear upfront pricing at the onset. Ali made me feel they really wanted my business. A special mention to Duncan the fitter. I couldn't recommend them highly enough for your flooring needs.

  Sloppy customer service . Went when said was open but was closed. Need to update Google times. On a Sunday. Went in , in the end and couldn't find my written qoute. Paperwork all over the place in piles. No organisation. I picked my carpet. NO mention that payment would be needed at this point. Arrangements for fitting made through WhatsApp, date booked. Time. All prepared...no show !!! Had to repeat myself multiple times on the phone over everything again and again. I'd prepared the stairs and landing ready. Kids and a dog which isn't ideal with runners exposed so was glad said only take 10 mins. Said would ring back but didn't. Missed out on £400 sale. Unfortunately my phone updated day before and cleared my WhatsApp messages, but they said they never made the booking as no payment was made. WHY not tell me in precence of choosing my carpet!!! Sloppy and unprofessional. No call back either so clearly didn't want to rectify their mistake.

  We had laminate flooring fitted in our large kitchen diner on Saturday. Duncan, the fitter, had very kindly agreed to fit it outside of his normal working week to accommodate us, which was much appreciated. We absolutely love the flooring and highly recommend Ali at Craycombe for all your flooring requirements.
