Luke does an excellent job and very friendly, but if you need to contact him it is very frustraiting as he either does not answer the phone e mails or ring back when he promises this spoils a very good buisness what a shame

This company left my 83 year old mother with a half finished wet room and overcharged her for the privilege. Radiator top missing, the sink water drains away as the plug wasn’t fitted properly. Fitted a totally different sink to the plan and design. Only half tiled and lines did not match up! Fitted tiles round a cupboard. Fitted a shower right next to the wooden architrave and did not tile up to the window. Really poorly finished - very disappointing!

We recently had a disabled wet room installed for my wife. I cannot speak too highly of the whole process from the planning that Luke undertook to the quality of the installation by Joel and Mike. The whole point of the installation was to try and return as much independence to my wife as possible when it came to toileting and showering and it’s done significantly. Cannot speak too highly of this firm and thoroughly recommended.
