Positives I love my new sunbed canopy, it looks amazing. The lady who answers the telephone is lovely, very friendly. The man who delivered my bed put it in my outhouse as I was at work. He rang me and was very nice and put it where I wanted it then said if I couldn't manage to connect the canopy to the stand to ring him back and he would walk me through it. It was easy. Negatives When I ordered it said the bed was in stock. First attempted delivery was 3 weeks after placing the order. I was on holiday when the lady rang so had to get it delayed. It got delivered 4 weeks after coming back from holiday even though we informed them we were home on 6th August. The lady said they deliver when they get a few orders in the same area which is absolutely fine if it was free delivery but it wasnt it was £95. Order placed 11 July First delivery date 31 July Delivered September 8 The sunbed is lovely but wouldn't order again.

I rang with an issue that had closed our salon down for the day and Gary was super helpful, gave us an interim fix until we could get it booked in for repair helping us to reopen. Really helpful and very reasonably priced to repair.
