Thanks to Rob and his team. They were on time, fairly priced and professional. It was our first time using them, and we were really impressed. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

THANK-YOU Rob, my flight was diverted from Heathrow to Birmingham, you immediately put plans in action to cover both airports. When the plane left Birmingham and arrived in Heathrow three hours later than expected you were there ready to get me home. You and Scotty were in constant contact with me as the situation developed, putting the customer first even though it was inconvenient for you too! Highly recommend!!

Used RM recently and their service was excellent . We flew out from Heathrow but due to a problem beyond our control we came back 2 days later than originally arranged but we had to fly back in to Gatwick. No problem to Rob and the team which was comforting as communications were a little problematic at our end. Cars are spacious and spotless if you are thinking of hiring you will not be disappointed.

Hi Rob, Thank you for the excellent service you provided when you collected us from Manchester Airport. From booking with you whilst in the USA, you kept us informed and in touch until you personally met us inside the arrivals lounge. You had arrived early to ensure you could meet us either before or on the time we’d confirmed. Your vehicle was immaculately presented and extremely comfortable. The bottles of water you had thoughtfully provided were most appreciated. Finally our drive home was relaxing and the standard of your driving was excellent. We also enjoyed our conversations with you, but also our quite time. Going forward we will certainly be using your services again when required, and will highly recommend you. 5 star service. Thanks again Shaun & Lin
