  I don't really go to CEX often but I would only go in there if they got the PS4 games that I needed I would say that the cex in Bromsgrove Is one of the best ones I ever been to so far 😁

  Hello to Matt!! Thanks the Headphones just great! Mix of Bass and Treble, which I like, and a first for 02, 5G in Bromsgrove. To the Manager at CEX, Matt helped me choose, and What a charming young man he is. He even found the full Hammer box set for me. Fabulous or what? Thank you, Matt, you are a Star and big time, especially in retail. Nigel, from Kidderminster. Oh and in the Golden Cross in Bromsgrove, at the moment.   I personally love to pop in and out of the store! The staff are knowledgeable and are helpful when looking at electronics and I have had good experiences with most of them. There are some things about cex that I'm not a huge fan of but I will say that the staff are doing their best and that it is not their fault that cex had some strange policies/pricing. I always pop in to do some window shopping and the staff are always friendly to me. 10/10 a good shop with chill vibes.

  I ordered an item on 13 February. It was in stock when I bought it, yet three days later it was cancelled. Three days to tell me it wasn’t available? Seriously? Online orders clearly aren’t treated with the same care as in-store customers, and that’s unacceptable. This is not a one-off. I’ve bought AirPods that were full of earwax, and a “B-grade” Apple Watch that was clearly C-grade with deep scratches. Products aren’t just tested—they need to be cleaned, graded properly, and ready for customers. Wasting people’s time with sloppy preparation is a joke. About 75% of my CeX experiences have been bad. The website and app are broken—“in stock only” selections often show unavailable items. Years of no improvement. Maybe it’s the local store, maybe the staff, maybe understaffing—but none of that excuses dirty, misgraded products and terrible service. I used to trust and respect CeX. Now? It’s consistently frustrating. Management needs to take a hard look at what they’re doing—or they’ll keep losing customers. After this, I’m done with CeX.
