  Highly recommend Cornerstone Foundations. On discovering our house was piled and therefore our extension would need to be piled, Cornerstone Foundations came to the rescue. Michael was great with his communication. The team of lads were hard working and considerate to me and my children. The work was done with limited access but they managed to get my screw piled foundations and my neighbours done in less than two weeks. Although we didn't need the stress of discovering me needed specialist foundations, we are glad to have found Cornerstone Foundations, who are clearly the best in the area for screw pile foundations and limited access jobs. Thanks Cornerstone.

  I would recommend Cornerstone without hesitation. Michael Kent and his team undertook underpinning works on our garden patio party wall. Professional throughout. Did what they said they would and the work was done on schedule. Communication was first class throughout the job. The whole team on site were a great bunch, always courteous and polite, and the site was left in a safe and clean state at the end of each day. Thank you.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service and Quality Work Following an unsuccessful project with another contractor, Michael and his team stepped in to resolve a complex party wall issue that required underpinning works between two properties at different levels. From the very first engagement, Michael's positivity, professionalism, and determination to get the job done were second to none. He inspired confidence throughout the process and was always available to answer questions and provide clear guidance. Communication during the works was outstanding, particularly with the neighbouring parties involved in the dispute. Michael and his team took the time to address concerns, keep everyone informed, and help ease what could have been a very stressful situation. The underpinning works were completed to an exceptionally high standard, and the aftercare and ongoing support have been equally impressive. I would not hesitate to recommend Michael and his team to anyone requiring specialist underpinning or structural works. A truly professional service from start to finish.
