  For a service that calls itself “Executive,” I expected something clean, professional, and comfortable. Instead, I got a taxi that looked and smelled like it had been dragged out of a scrapyard. Absolutely vile standard, embarrassing customer service, and completely unacceptable for paying customers. If you care at all about hygiene or basic standards, avoid this company at all costs.

  Awful! I would have given zero star of that was possible. I had made a booking 2 days in advance for a very early morning pick up and the taxi did not show up. When I called them up, they were very unhelpful and had no record of my booking. Nearly missed my flight because of this. Will not use again.

  We tried 18 companies and soon as we mentioned we needed a wheelchair friendly one they suddenly dint have any black cabs. This company and the driver OMAR was phenomenal and I have found my taxi company after a long time looking. Thank you OMAR! Perfect when there was no safe wheelchair taxis available.

  Amazing customer service they really look after their customers, google maps was showing me that we should get to the destination in 15 minutes however my driver turned into Dominic toreto and we made it in 7 minutes 43 seconds and 56 milliseconds 😀 cars don’t smell
