  Absolutely AMAZING customer service! I honestly can’t thank you enough for saving me when my wheelchair frame cracked & I urgently needed somewhere that could weld aluminium rather than only steel. The fact you came to collect my broken wheelchair, fixed it, and brought it back all in a couple of hours was mind blowing and I’m incredibly grateful! Thank you again, Kirsty.

  Alfi who owns this business came took measurements and despite the number of attempts to try to get hold of him over now a month with no response. He doesn't answer calls and never call you back. Found it very unprofessional and rude behaviour.

  I have never met a Good person like him. He has very good customer services skill. I was bit scared of going and placeing an order for my gate as I ve red some bad reviews but Having served by him made me realise he is very professional and he is the person who works for his customers not for money. He showed his loyalty. I am very glad to place an order with him and will definitely update my review once agian when he finish my work. Once again, Thank you very much for ur support. ALFIE you are marvellous!

  The team at Metal Gates has just finished installation of two large barn style gates. The finish on the gates is exceptional and we have already had so many compliments. The team at Metal Gates are brilliant, friendly and will go that extra mile. The attention to detail is very high, things like cable management is completed to a very high standard. I would definitely recommend this company.

  Despite lots of reassurances, gates started rusting after a few weeks. Tried calling Alfie a number of times and he didn’t return calls or messages and we have had to repaint the gates ourselves. Don’t expect any after sales services from Alfie once he has your money, he doesn’t want to know. Very disappointed.
