Very disappointed with the service. The garage kept my car longer than promised, communication was poor, and I had to repeatedly chase for updates. The work completed did not fully resolve the issue, and I felt the costs were not clearly explained beforehand. Overall, the experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend this garage based on my experience.
Vehicle repairs should be completed to a safe and professional standard, and customers should be able to trust that thorough checks and inspections have been carried out before a vehicle is returned. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service. Since having a wet belt replacement, my vehicle has broken down twice due to issues relating to the repair. The first breakdown occurred just two minutes after collecting the car because the mechanic ‘forgot’ to connect a hose. The second breakdown has only reinforced my concerns about the quality of the workmanship and the post-repair checks carried out. UPDATE: I contacted you as soon as this happened and informed you that the RAC advised the second hose had not been refitted correctly either. As a result, it eventually worked loose over time. I also asked you to provide a list of the checks carried out when my engine was reassembled, but you have still not responded. Interestingly, however, you seem able to respond to a review almost immediately.
I Recently Visited Them On Behalf Of Someone FOR My Car Bt Truely I Am Really Disappointed With Their Attitude. I Have Problem With My Car They Diagnose It Nd Took Diagnosing Fee After I Gave Them My Car To Resolve The Issue They Took The Car For 3 Months Literally Nd When I Called Them For Progress They Were Shouting Nd Replying In Very Rude Behaviour Although I Forgot It Specifically The Owner Maybe Asim , When I Received My Car After Two Days The Car Comes With Same Issue Was Doing Before I Went To Them Bcz They Gave Me 1 Year Warranty Nd They Did Make Another Huge Invoice For Another Part Nd Labour Price.
So I Told Them U Diagnose It With This Issue Why U Didn’t Tell Us Before We Were Happy To Replace It Before Bt Now Its Your Fault Bcz U Didn’t Diagnose It Well Nd At That Time He Nd His Wife Both Were Unbelievable Very Rude, Very Disgusting, Nd Don’t Understand Just Pulling Up On Me.
I Just Say I Had Really Bad Experience With Them.I Left My Car There Nd I Will Go Through Legal Way Through Court Nd They To Answer Me What They Did With Me Soon.
