  Had to pop in to the shop today for an emergency new phone, and I could not have had a better experience. A fair and honest trade-in value was offered, and I bought a great new phone with a new screen and battery. The chaps behind the bench were friendly, polite, efficient and incredibly helpful. All-round great experience, with my thanks to you!

  Absolutely shocking experience with CEX Windsor. I took in my laptop and charger cable and was told I would receive a phone call regarding whether they would buy it, along with the price offered. I waited an entire week with no communication whatsoever, only to go back into the store myself and discover they were refusing the laptop anyway. To make matters even worse, they somehow managed to LOSE my charger cable. Their solution? Offer me a pathetic £20 compensation for something they were responsible for losing in the first place. The lack of communication, professionalism, and care for customers’ property is honestly unbelievable. If you leave your items with this store, don’t expect updates, accountability, or even to get all your belongings back. Completely unacceptable service and an awful experience from start to finish.
