  I have been a client of Rockhouse Vets for the past two years and have consistently received an excellent standard of care. The team is professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate, ensuring that all my pets and owners feel supported at every visit. Their clear communication and attention to detail set them apart. In my opinion, this is the best veterinary practice I have used, and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

  I use rock house vets for my 3 show cocker spaniels, from worming/flea Treatments to boosters ear infections and one of my girls has had a operation here, Wendy the receptionist is so helpful and nothing is to much trouble, the vets take there time with your pet and examine throughly and give you a few options of treatment. Also a lot cheaper than most vets what really Helps.

  I just want to say a massive thank you to Rock House Vets for the care of my two dogs over the last few weeks. Wendy and Sarah on reception could not have done more for us — always kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. The vets themselves are so knowledgeable and reassuring. Nothing is ever too much trouble, we never felt rushed, and every question was answered thoroughly. Highly recommend to anyone looking for compassionate and professional care for their pets!!

  Moved to this vets quite recently and find the service from the vets/nurses good but one receptionist is very unpleasant. I am a receptionist myself so I know how to speak and most importantly how not to speak to clients. We moved from a different vets because this is closer and given my first experience which was not nice I am reluctant to call or attend and am debating whether or not to move again. To put into context what happened we use a pet plan for our dog for her flea/wormers etc. When I registered her I asked if you provide that service and was told yes. I picked up a leaflet and registered her. When I asked for her flea and wormers I was charged and when I challenged this was told "do you not appreciate the cost of these things" I simply asked how it worked as there was nothing in the leaflet to say there was any charge and that they were covered and I asked for a breakdown of cost. I also asked if there was any different flea/wormers she could have that is covered and was dismissed. I was reluctant but accepting and when I went to pay I had them thrown down at me and told to "just take them" as first impressions go this was not great and I no longer call to request them my partner does. For what appears to be a nice vets your front of house let's you down. At this time I would be reluctant to put trust here if my dog got sick however given my experience with anyone other than the reception has been good I have put 4 stars. I just would also like to add that my dog is not in my name so you many not be able to link this with my pet

  Only vets I trust for my dogs. They did an amazing job saving my Ronnie after he was viciously attacked and ended up loosing his eye; which has healed amazing. Also the professionalism and the great care and accommodations when it comes to my big dog who can be fear reactive and is better at being seen in the boot of my car. The vet had no problems doing that or taking his time to examine my dog at his pace not forcing or rushing anything which made it so much easier on my dog and normally he’d grumble or bark and he did none. He allowed the vet to be near and complete the examination without any problems. I always sing praises for these guys, absolutely amazing team from the reception to all the vets and vet nurses. 🥰
