  My Mother in law wanted a new roof on her Tradition style semi. We came across Cliff Nicholls Roofing. Scaffolding was erected the day cliff said it would be with no fuss at all. The workman ship is excellent the two roofers worked a full days till the job was completed. The guys were polite any questions asked was answered in a professional manner. The new fully tiled roof now looks outstanding. Chimneys was also pointed that was also done very well. Over all if you want a roof work doing you won't go wrong giving Cliff Nicholas Roofing a call last but not least his quote for the a full roof renovation including chimney work WAS the best by far.   I have phones with regards some guarantee work on my flat roof as I have a wet patch on my bedroom wall and the lady I spoke to took a message and said that someone would call back, I waited for two days and rung back and got a very frosty response. She again told me that the person i needed to speak to was busy and that 'I would just have to wait' I have subsequently called back on numerous occasions and the phone is swiftly cancelled! I can only assume that this company does not honour it's guarantees although they issue them Very very poor customer service. Would absolutely not recommend!
