  I was at this stall with a friend who needed her glasses repaired and was looking for screws to do it herself. Not only did they provide the screws, they also repaired the glasses while we waited, and charged us just for two screws. The two men who manned the stall were very nice and incredibly helpful

  If I could give this establishment 6 stars I would. I needed some small screws for my glasses, and not only were they able to source them right away, they replaced my glasses arms right there. Incredibly kind and helpful.

  I've shopped with this stall before a few times (with good service and no problems) but that's not what's got me to leave a review. What's got me to leave a review is that a year or so ago I visited the stall and asked for an item that they didn't carry (compressed air) - and they directed me to a stall that did. Then last week, a plumbing emergency left me needing a part and I gave them a quick call in a panic, and while they don't do toilet handles either they told me exactly where I could get one from an independent trader, with an address. The lights and electronic accessories I've picked up from there have been perfect for the job at hand, but the five star review is from being knowledgeable and helping customers with queries, without being pressed (if they'd just said they don't carry what I was after I'd not have asked) and without it being of direct financial benefit to them. This massively improves trust and makes them my first place to look when a little job needs doing at home. Short review: 5 stars, they look out for you.

  Such a wonderful stall! It blows my mind how a stranger can be so compassionate, caring and attentive to a child’s mind and creativity. My son is 4 years old and absolutely loves hoovers, carpet cleaners etc. He loves coming to the stall to see what they are working on and Wayne ALWAYS takes the time out of his busy day to show him what they are working on. Including allowing him behind the counter so he can properly watch what they are doing. Wayne always shows him what they are doing to each hoover etc that they have there and allows my son to ask his questions and explains everything in such a brilliant way for a child. My son is always excited to see Wayne, to see what he is up to in the stall. Not only is Wayne wonderful to my son but he has also saved me with my own hoover etc. Forever grateful to you for always embracing Ellis when he comes to visit you.. he will be ready for work experience in a few years!
