  I bought an iRig Stream device online from CEX but unfortunately it was the wrong one, so I returned it to the store. There was a bit of a mix up with the refund, which meant I had to go back in. I was really impressed with the way the manager handled the situation. His attitude was excellent, I felt listened to and looked after, and he reassured me that the refund would be coming through. I am still waiting for it to arrive, but I really appreciated the way the issue was dealt with and would happily recommend the store.

  Great selection of games to choose from, no complaints there. However, the customer service was very poor and made me feel uncomfortable. Went in to try and sell some Nintendo Switches and PS4 games. Person at the till wouldn't accept them due to scratches, which is my own fault for not inspecting them properly. But the person at the till was clearly disinterested and grumpy, almost zombie-like. The way they spoke to me felt very condescening, like I was being judged for my own mistake. They did not apologise for the refusal of the sale, no smiling or eye contact. I felt very awkward. I've worked in retail; I understand how miserable the job can be sometimes. But the staff need to improve their customer service. I felt like an outsider!

  Been to this store twice this week to sell and buy a few movies and I just had to check their feedback online reviews out of curiosity. Just wanted to know if anyone else had the same issues with the staff They are just lifeless and disinterested,almost zombie like And I’m not exaggerating either Made me feel awkward and that I was beneath them or I’d done something wrong,I even tried a little chit chat but nothing A lot of people leave bad reviews to easy as they like to complain but the staff are right up their own butts Same with guitar shops ,tattoo studios and Pokémon card shops Liven up guys Gee wiz
