  Warranty isn't bad I got the current selling price of my phone after the screen stopped working, they've been super helpful in the Swansea branch.

  Won't be going again. I wanted to buy a 15r movie and a 18r game. I hadn't noticed the age rating. They proceeded the purchase but one of their colleagues reminded them about the id. Realising that one of them was 18r I told them I wasn't 18. But we can tell that I am not under 15. They asked for my id which I showed and they refused it because it was not a british id. All of this happened between them, they didn't communicate it to me, I managed to understand it by listening to their discussion. I gave them 10 pounds. And I hear them talk about refunding me and they don't give me 10 pounds back ? From what I heard from their discussion is because there is a refund fee which is unfair because I had to lose money because of their mistakes.

  Went to trade in an iPhone in CeX and they refused to accept the device due to the phones top speaker being quiet. They recommended multiple repair shops that would most probably have charged a large sum to “Get the Phone repaired”. I took the phone home with me and by using a pin, I managed to free up the dust debris covering the speaker and the phone was loud again. I then took the phone back to the store and they accepted the device. It’s just a shame that they couldn’t try something like freeing up a little bit of dust on the phone before refusing to accept it. In the end, I had my trade in price and spent my voucher on a newer phone within the store. Upon having a candid conversation with the lad who served me, he mentioned that the grading system in CeX can be different from store to store. I 100% shopping for products in person, as some phones graded B from some shops will have more scratches than other shops. I believe Swansea to be more of a stricter store and have been satisfied with a few of their devices. The only downside was that one instance where they did not attempt the clean the dust from the speakers themselves before refusing to accept the phone. Overall, through my time both buying and selling items to and from CeX I never have a bad experience.

  Don't bother buy any electrical from this store,paid £80 for a PS3, wasn't working properly,took it back,had to leave it there to be tested, manageress said it was working ok as she was able to sign in,so we sold it back to them if there wasn't an issue. Only got £50, should of had a full refund coz they were selling inferior goods.
