  OMMA is a brilliant club with lovely, helpful patient, fun instructors. They really take the time to invest in each pupil. Even when the class is busy, I always feel my daughter gets 1 to 1 support if there’s something she’s not sure of. It's been brilliant to see her progress and gain in confidence. Thank you to the club and all the instructors for all you do.

  Finding the right activity for a 6-year-old can be tough, but One Mind Martial Arts has been the perfect fit. John & Abbie are incredibly patient, encouraging, and know exactly how to keep young kids engaged. They don’t just teach martial arts; they teach life skills like discipline and perseverance in a way that kids actually understand and enjoy. My child looks forward to every single class and always leaves with a huge smile. We love being part of this community!

  One Mind Martial arts delivered an engaging, fun martial arts session with my class. The class loved having the opportunity to do proper kicks, with proper equipment in a safe and encouraging setting. Highly recommend.

  I have been training at one mind for around 18 months now and it’s changed my life around for the good before I started I had no energy just moving through life everyday but since I started I have felt better and it’s has helped me lose weight along with feeling better in myself and giving me confidence when I didn’t have much before I would recommend this to anyone that’s thinking of doing it my kids were always on tech and I says enough is enough best decision I ever made I have seen them grow in confidence belief and coming out of their comfort zones everyone is so helpful and always there to help you to try better yourself couldn’t recommend this enough

  My son started with OMMA a couple of months ago and has absolutely loved it. It has helped with patience, focus and he has been able to do this in a safe environment learning skills that will serve him for life. Because of this I started myself 6 weeks ago and found so much joy. OMMA is such a friendly family feel and everyone is welcome and its extremely inclusive. The instructions are attentive and so knowledgeable.
