Drivers are ok. This is purely for the phone operator lady who was rude to me. This occured on 15 Sept around 1am.

Had a cab with choudhary atiff, very nice man, drove us all the way from Livingston to Fife when we were in need of a quick cab!! If you get a cab with these taxis ask for choudhary atiff, he also is very fun and interesting to talk to!

I regularly use Fair Deal Cabs to go back and forth from Edinburgh Airport and they are always fantastic but I want to write this review as a special thank you for their service on Saturday the 25th of June 2026 I was at an event at the Hibs social club in Edinburgh unfortunately I had missed the last train and Uber were refusing to accept my trip with several drivers cancelling on me after accepting. Called up Fair Deal, the girl on the phone was really helpful and made sure a driver was sent asap especially as my phone was about to die Uber might seem reliable but you cannot beat the personal service and that extra mile from your local taxi company. Thank you Fair Deal for getting me home!
