  Took in an LG tv that kept switching on and off. Fixed and ready for collection within a week, excellent communication, reasonable price and help given carrying out to the car. Staff were excellent, many thanks! There was also a good choice of refurbished TV's inside for a reasonable price too.

  Needed a new aerial. Very pleased with service provided and attention given to the whole tv system - two televisions and one tv box. Arrived during the time slot given for the next day and I was given clear explanations throughout. A choice of two aerials was given with two different prices. All labour and parts have a two year guarantee. I would definitely use this company again.

  I contacted TV Link AV Ltd when my 55inch Samsung TV began flickering badly. I was expecting to have to replace it, but they offered to repair it and offered a TV to use as well. Suki was amazing on the phone — so helpful, polite, and reassuring. She made booking really easy and answered all my questions. The engineer repaired the TV, did a full diagnostic, and repaired the TV with a 12-month guarantee. Picture is perfect now. Reliable, honest, and proper professionals. If you’re in Willenhall and need TV repairs, call them. 5 stars!

  Had a broken TV, ariel port had snapped . All repaired within 4 hrs. Friendly helpful staff, Suki & Bill . Even carried the TV to my car 😊
