However, shortly after the contract was set up, something clearly went wrong with my account details on their side. I have been repeatedly and incorrectly charged without any clear explanation. The first three amounts taken from my account were £174, then £52, and then £155. These transactions were not authorized and are extremely concerning, especially considering my agreed monthly fee is only £21. Despite contacting customer support, I have still not received any clear response, nor has any of the money been refunded. I have simply been told that I need to wait, which is not an acceptable solution given the seriousness of this issue. This situation feels like financial misconduct, and I am deeply frustrated and concerned about the security of my account and personal details. I urgently request a full investigation into these charges, an immediate refund of all incorrect transactions, and clear communication about what has gone wrong. This level of service is unacceptable, and I expect this matter to be treated with the highest priority.
