  I had a fantastic experience here yesterday. All the staff were so much fun, but very professional and safe at the same time. We did the single gun and then added 60 to the package when there as we wanted to do more. It was a friends birthday so he even got some free caps and a birthday cake shoot sheet. Other shoot sheets to but for £1 and also the lads did some competition games for us. Make sure you have your ID or it’s a no shoot policy! Will definitely be back again…

  The facilities were clean, well-lit, and had a modern, state-of-the-art ventilation system, which made a huge difference during a long session. Target lanes were easy to operate, and they had a solid selection of rental firearms to choose from. Staff at the counter were friendly, knowledgeable, and helped us select the right ammo and targets.

  Absolutely amazing experience for my 10 year old son's birthday. Staff are all professional and friendly and Dan, our range officer made the whole experience unforgettable for my boy. He made sure that my boy had everything he needed to make his shooting safe and comfortable. Professional setup, smooth booking and briefing process and finished off with a really well run range experience. Accurate rifles and a great selection of weaponry to choose from. All in all, worth multiple visits for sure. We will be back! Thanks everyone!

  Very disappointing experience. We arrived 18 minutes late for our 8pm booking and were told we had lost our money and would have to pay again for the 8:30pm slot, despite nobody else waiting. We understand the lateness policy, but the staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. It genuinely felt like they simply wanted us to leave so they could close up and go home early. We left around 8:27pm, and they closed the shutters shortly after, around 30 minutes before the advertised closing time. We had also tried calling and emailing several times before the booking but received no response. Terrible customer service — we definitely won’t be returning.

  Extremely disappointing – £100 wasted and absolutely no compassion I am honestly extremely disappointed and shocked by how this was handled. We paid £100 for 5 people for what was supposed to be a birthday treat and our first time visiting a firing range. Unfortunately, there was an unexpected death in the family on the SAME DAY as our booking. On top of this, we were stuck in traffic and immediately contacted them to explain the situation. We asked if there was any possibility of moving our booking to a slightly later time. Not everyone in our group was able to attend due to the circumstances. Despite explaining that there had been a death in the family that same day, we were simply told no. No understanding, no flexibility, no alternative and no attempt whatsoever to help. I even emailed afterwards to explain everything properly, and I received absolutely no response. We weren't asking for a full refund. We would have been happy with a rearrangement, credit, partial refund or any reasonable gesture of goodwill. Instead, we have lost £100 and were left feeling completely disregarded. I understand businesses have booking policies, but there has to be some level of basic human compassion and customer service, especially when someone has experienced a death in the family on the very same day. This was supposed to be a birthday treat and our first experience with them. What should have been a nice occasion turned into an extremely disappointing experience. £100 is a lot of money to simply lose, and the complete lack of communication afterwards makes this even worse. Very poor customer service. No compassion, no flexibility and no response to my email. First visit and definitely our last. I would not recommend booking here. Order REF: 8547942
