  Cant Thank the staff enough in this shop. They went above and beyond to help with my phone. Excellent customer service. All so polite. Hapoy smiling staff that definetly enjoy there job. Everyone went above and beyond to hep me. Well done guys

  Awful store. Went in and they inspected the phone. Gave me a quote of £118 for a iPhone 12 Pro. Told me to come back in an hour and all of a sudden the sim tray magically went missing. didn’t take accountability for it so I had to buy another one. Then went in after buying and dropped the price and tried ripping me off. Awful store won’t be returning

  Sold two items here now. (Gopro + watch) and i'm always met with a friendly attitude and politeness from the staff members. The shop has been here for some time now and it's always had a positive nostalgic vibe to it. Plus the shop looks and smells clean constantly.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Visited CEX this morning looking for a phone that's currently in very high demand. Unfortunately, the only one they had in stock had already been sold by the time we arrived. What could have been a disappointing experience turned into a great example of customer service. The gentleman who served us was genuinely gutted for us and went above and beyond to help. Rather than simply telling us it was out of stock, he checked availability at other stores, put us through to the Chesterfield branch, and helped us track one down. Thanks to his efforts, we made the trip to Chesterfield and managed to get the phone after all. It's easy to provide good service when everything goes smoothly, but it's when things don't go to plan that great staff stand out. Friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout. A real credit to the store and exactly the kind of customer service that keeps people coming back. Highly recommended.

  Not very good service unfortunately. Brought in my kindle which I’d gotten an online quote for, when I went in to drop it off the man behind the counter wasn’t very polite or professional and said “you’re here for what?” When I said I had an online drop off, which felt a bit rude. Then he immediately looked at the charging port without looking at anything else on the kindle and said “we can’t take this as it’s green inside and water damaged”, which it absolutely was not. I looked at it in the shop, outside in natural lighting and with a torch, and there wasn’t even the faintest hint of green whatsoever. Took it to an independent electronics buy and sell shop who gave it a proper inspection, said it was absolutely fine and gave me a very good price for it! But dubious about the selling experience and knowledge of the staff in this branch considering my own experience and reading others’ reviews
