- HTHannah TJun 2, 20261.0Not very good service unfortunately. Brought in my kindle which I’d gotten an online quote for, when I went in to drop it off the man behind the counter wasn’t very polite or professional and said “you’re here for what?” When I said I had an online drop off, which felt a bit rude. Then he immediately looked at the charging port without looking at anything else on the kindle and said “we can’t take this as it’s green inside and water damaged”, which it absolutely was not. I looked at it in the shop, outside in natural lighting and with a torch, and there wasn’t even the faintest hint of green whatsoever. Took it to an independent electronics buy and sell shop who gave it a proper inspection, said it was absolutely fine and gave me a very good price for it! But dubious about the selling experience and knowledge of the staff in this branch considering my own experience and reading others’ reviews
