  Dear John, Richard and the whole team, We would just like to thank you for your exceptional care and compassion during the passing of our mum, late last year and also during the passing of our dad seven years earlier. Your professionalism provided great comfort during this difficult time, and your guidance was invaluable. You took a huge burden off our shoulders and made a challenging process feel effortless from the beginning, at the Chapel of rest, where everything was handled with compassion, sympathy, and with such dignity, to arranging flowers, and the Wake, and then to arrange the internment of the ashes where they both lay together. It gave us peace of mind knowing they were in such caring hands. We would definitely recommend your service.

  I recently lost my father and John and Richard dealt with everything for us. They were very proffesional as they usually are. They made the whole process as easy as it could be under the circumstances. I would like to thank them for their support and guidance through a difficult time for us.

  I cannot thank Arther Bell funeral directors for the kind, respectful care and attention they gave me to and my family after dad's passing. They were exceptional throughout and after previously using another company in the past this company is of a higher class service. A special thanks to Richard for all his kind words and effort during this difficult time.

  I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Absolutely superb service from start to finish. John and his team were very caring and respectful at a very difficult time for my family, and nothing was too much trouble for them. Everything was handled with the utmost care and professionalism, and for this, my family will always be grateful.
