  Today we had a large group of care home residents with low mobility or needing to stay in their wheelchairs, which required a taxi to and from the theatre. We had booked in advance after being told by bus companies that they couldn't accommodate our booking. The person on the phone was really helpful and made it easier than I thought (as I thought I'd need to bring my own car as well). Two taxis were available on the day, and the drivers could not have been more helpful. Tony and Tori i believe, they were so helpful, went above and beyond as they could see the mobility issues and provided lots of options of how best and safest to get residents in the best places for them. They were chatting to the residents, keeping them safe from bumping their heads and talking to them about the panto show they were about to watch. I'd never used this company before, as I didn't realise they had disabled taxis, but they will definitely be out go to from now on.

  We arranged a taxi for an elderly disabled lady to take her to the hospital for an X-ray. After 30 minutes, the taxi had still not arrived, and we were forced to use a car, which caused significant difficulty. When we contacted the driver for an update, we were astonished to discover they had ignored the postcode and directions we had provided, going to an entirely different location. The driver was unyielding on the phone, insisting we were at fault and refusing to issue a refund despite their abject failure to deliver the service for which we prepaid £90. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

  Lifesavers! Brought me, my husband and two dogs back to London when we were broken down in Swindon late in the evening. We are forever grateful.

  Highly recommend!! We ordered a taxi to take us to Southampton docks and home again a week later in August. Passengers included my Mum in a wheelchair and my 7 year old son. Ian Beare picked us up and dropped us home and he was fantastic!! First holiday since my Mum had her stroke and abroad with my son so we were all a bit worried but having a stress free taxi service definitely helped, and Ian being so friendly and helpful was truly appreciated! Thank you so much for an excellent service from start to finish 😊
